These terms apply specifically to the optional Hovermate integration with your Discord desktop client. The desktop application's license is available in our EULA.

1. What the integration does
Supported controls let you view and change your own microphone mute and deafen state and, where Discord makes them available, open voice settings and control the Discord overlay. Availability depends on Discord, your permissions and the installed versions of both applications.
This integration connects to Discord on your computer. It does not install a moderation bot into your servers, provide server administration or grant permission to read other people's messages.
2. Connecting and permissions
Connecting is optional. Sign-in and consent take place on Discord's authorization page. Hovermate does not ask for your Discord password. The integration requests rpc, rpc.voice.read and rpc.voice.write for local client controls and voice settings. Some permissions require Discord's approval; publishing these terms does not mean that approval has been granted.
You must meet Discord's applicable age requirements, have authority to use the account and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and other applicable Discord rules. Use the integration only for controls you are authorized to perform. Do not use it to harass others, collect data without permission, bypass platform restrictions or compromise accounts.
3. Your choices and data
Our Discord Integration Privacy Policy describes the data used by this integration, local token storage and how to remove access. Disconnecting an integration, revoking its authorization in Discord and deleting its saved local data are separate actions.
You may stop using the integration at any time. Core Hovermate features do not require Discord authorization; any separate Hovermate purchase or license requirement still applies.
4. Availability and responsibility
We may maintain, change or discontinue integration features, subject to applicable law. Discord may change its APIs or permissions. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every Discord version. Check the actual microphone and deafen indicators in Discord when their state matters.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the integration is supplied as available without additional warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by its use or unavailability. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Independence, contact and updates
Hovermate is independently provided by Paliverse Apps LLC. It is not endorsed by Discord. Discord controls its own service and processes data under its Privacy Policy.
These integration terms are between you and Paliverse Apps LLC. Discord is not a party to them and has no responsibility under them. They do not replace or modify Discord's terms; Discord's applicable terms govern your use of its service and APIs if there is a conflict.
Contact support@hovermate.gg about the integration or these terms. Revised terms will show their effective date; previous published versions will remain available in our legal archive. We will provide additional notice where required by law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive mandatory remedies.
